Verdese olives are a native cultivar of the hills of Ragusa, selected in our organic groves for their firm flesh and delicate flavour. Hand-harvested at the optimal moment of ripeness, they are preserved in natural brine with water, Sicilian sea salt and a bouquet of aromatic herbs from the estate, following a method handed down through generations. The result is a crunchy, juicy olive with a clean taste, subtle herbaceous nuances and a well-balanced savouriness. Ideal for aperitivos, pantesca salads, fish dishes or simply enjoyed on their own as a healthy snack. The artisanal processing and absence of chemical preservatives make them incomparable to industrial table olives.
